"Know You're Home"
Prior to getting his real estate license, Chase played baseball for 15 years, spent 5 working in the oil and gas industry, and is currently attending the University of Houston in pursuit of a construction management degree. Chase felt real estate was the right avenue for him to couple his interest in construction management with his love for people.
He’s interested in the development side of real estate, and wants to learn as much as he
can about the field, while making and maintaining great relationships. “I love to help
people and a career in real estate seemed like the perfect place to do it.”
Having spent 5 years in the oil and gas industry, Chase understands the volatility of
Houston’s evolving market, and is able to provide his clients with an insider’s
perceptions and pointers. He wants each of his clients to feel well represented and
informed throughout every step of the home buying process, and always goes the extra
mile to ensure just that.
“Every day is different, and you never really know what’s going to happen, or who you’re
going to meet. I want my clients to feel comfortable focusing on that, while leaving their
buying and selling to me.”
When Chase isn’t busy helping clients, he’s usually either enjoying the Houston lifestyle
with friends, or hanging at home.
“Great company!! Have recommended to many others that have used them as well and
also had a very positive experience. They got me a GREAT deal on my house (my
favorite part of the service I received from them). They were very knowledgeable in
negotiating (from previous experience in negotiating executive compensation packages).
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! I was a first time buyer and they answered all
of my questions and never got annoyed of them...and there were LOTS of questions!”
“We were very thankful for the communication that these realtors used. We felt like
valued customers throughout the entire process of searching for, then buying a home.
They were truly working for us and keeping is informed along the way.”
