"Know You're Home"
Susana joined the KRE team as an agent trainer and personal developer, and quickly
learned the ins-and- outs of the behind the scenes aspects of real estate. Having
bought and sold 5 homes of her own, she knew a thing or two about how the process
worked, but wanted to be involved from an agent’s perspective. By the time she and
her husband bought their 5th home, she was sold.
Her diligence, detail-oriented nature, and discerning eye are all qualities Susana’s
associates and clients have come to rely on when working with her. Her associates
know they can count on her to deliver quality, timely work, and her clients know
they can count on her to guide them through each step of the home buying or selling
process with poise, knowledge and an unmatched attention to detail.
Those inherent qualities coupled with her Master’s degree in Educational
Leadership, background in teaching, and keen eye for aesthetics make Susana a true
asset to the field. A naturally gifted interior designer, she knows how to showcase
her clients’ homes in the best light possible, and takes pride in being able to do so.
Susana is motivated by being able to help and educate others, and by ensuring her
clients feel well informed and taken care of from beginning to end. Passionate about
people, Susana loves to see things from the perspective of others by closely listening
to their needs and wants. She finds it better to be interested than interesting, and
feels the process of getting to know someone should always be sacred and
“Learning about people is important to me,” she says. “I am grateful to be able to use
what I learn to confidently guide them through some of the most pivotal and trying
moments of their lives.”
When she isn’t helping clients find their dream homes, Susana’s usually on her back
patio watching Aggie football with her young twin sons. Also an
interested traveler and self-proclaimed “Tex Mex foodie”, she enjoys appreciating
architecture from all over the world, and unwinding with a margarita and her
favorite Texas cuisine.
