Born in Venezuela, with professional backgrounds in Norway and family everywhere from Rome to Madrid to New York City, Alfredo is no stranger to embracing different walks of life. Prior to diving into the real estate industry, he worked for years as the sales manager for the Latin American division of a large telecommunications company, traveling extensively for his work. His entrepreneurial skillsets coupled with his diverse background allow him a unique perspective when working with clients.
Fluent in Spanish and conversational in Norwegian, Alfredo is a huge asset to Houston’s
diversified housing market. His goal in every transaction is to provide his clients with clear
and open communication so they are informed and educated throughout the entire process of
buying or selling a home.
He is motivated by being able to support and educate others, and by ensuring everyone he works with feels at ease each step of the way. He understands that each day is a new day and thrives in the challenges searching for a home can bring. Finding someone the perfect home can take a lot of time, but Alfredo goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are always confident in their investment. “Your home is your comfort zone, your life and the place where you will build some of your most vibrant memories. When he isn’t busy showing homes, negotiating contracts, or running comps, Alfredo likes to stay active and fill his days with friends and family, whether that’s riding bikes together, swimming, or running.
